Atlin Avenue
A couple relocating from Alberta was in need of their perfect home for their retirement plans and aging in place. The property itself posed an additional challenge, hosting rock-heavy terrain that required careful feasibility work before design could begin.
Spotlight Cove
This family was looking for a thoughtfully designed vacation home that converted an empty oceanside lot into a favourite gathering place. Our team managed the entire process from start to finish, including navigating a nuanced planning and permitting process to designing and building the home.
Haslam Road
This homeowner envisioned a space dedicated to woodworking, RVs, and storage. Our team worked with him to establish the best size and layout, complete the design, secure permitting and build the shop from the ground up.
Chilco Road Renovation
After purchasing a home, our clients knew they needed to rework the space in order to make it fit their needs. Their biggest concern was an upper level that felt cramped and outdated, with a small bathroom, unused den, worn finishes, and a dangerous staircase that didn’t meet building code. We turned the den into additional bathroom space, added the tub the owners had always wanted, rebuilt the main stairs, and modernized the entire upper level.
